Rob Sachs is a top notch contractor. We experienced a water issue that effectively gutted our entire downstairs. We came home from a 9 day vacation to our main level covered with water. Our washing machine had malfuntioned while we were away and was pumping hot water throughout our main living level. My husband got on the phone with a water removal service and I immediately got on the phone with Rob Sachs. Rob said, don't worry, we will get you taken care of. And that is exactly what he did. From helping us navigate the Insurance issues and guiding us all along the way we ended up with a beautifully remodeled main living level. Rob was always available to either take my calls or call me back right away. He and his staff were outstanding. Once the Insurance budget was approved he and his subcontractors got right to work. During this time we were living in a motel and it was a tramatic time for me. Rob was patient and kind and guided us throught this whole process. I cannot recommend Rob Sachs and Sachs Construction enough, Thanks You Rob!!!
