|Rob Sachs established SACHS Construction, LLC in 2004 and is the President of the Company. Mr. Sachs has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years. Mr. Sachs began as a tradesman while attending college. He has since held the positions of Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Chief Estimator, Vice President, and Sales and Marketing Manager throughout his career prior to starting SACHS Construction, LLC.. Having practical knowledge in all aspects of the industry is vital in managing the company. Mr. Sachs leads his staff in the company's core value of serving the client as the end-goal of every project.
Mr. Sachs has extensive experience in a multitude of project types . Throughout his career he has built over one thousand tract homes and numerous multi-family developments. Notable commercial projects include large scale chain hotels, universities and colleges, megastore shopping centers, banks, medical offices, boutique restaurants, and various other retail and art galleries.
Mr. Sachs is an active member of the Southwest Colorado Home Builder Association, National Association of Home Builders, Colorado Restaurant Association, La Plata Fire Code Board and is a Charter Member of the Business Entrepreneurs of Durango.
Mr. Sachs earned a degree in Construction Management and is a licensed contractor in California, New Mexico and Colorado.
|Mike Lefebvre is one of SACHS Construction’s most experienced superintendents. Mr. Lefebvre has more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lefebvre was a Superintendent with Tierra LLC where he received special training in Erosion Control, and LKR Construction. Mr. Lefebvre was part of the team to complete the largest dollar amount spec home in La Plata County of its time while at LKR. During his time with SACHS Construction, Mr. Lefebvre was the Superintendent on numerous residential developments, three Dental Practices and multiple Restaurant projects, one of which won the People's Choice Award in the 2010 Parade of Homes Commercial Entry.
Mr. Lefebvre graduated from Yavapai College in Arizona with an Associate Degree and completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry from Northern Arizona University.
|Mark Williams is one of SACHS Construction’s versatile superintendents. Mr. Williams began his career in the construction industry in 1987 after serving in the US Marine Corps. for 4 years. Prior to choosing SACHS Construction, Mr. Williams managed and operated a successful construction company for 14 years then was hired on with Retail Construction Services Inc. as a commercial construction superintendent. While there, Mr. Williams oversaw numerous commercial projects from the ground up. Some of those projects included retail establishments like Calvin Klein and BeBe that took him to 5 different States. Since joining SACHS Construction, Mr. Williams has already produced award winning work. He was the superintendent on a restaurant project which won the People's Choice Award in the 2012 Parade of Homes Commercial Entry.
Mr. Williams completed a Structural Design course at Georgia-Pacific. He is a Hagg Certified Commercial Roof Inspector, a licensed insurance adjuster in Texas, Florida and Wyoming and holds a 30-hour OSHA Certification.
|Mick Edelen joined SACHS Construction, LLC as Project Manager. Mr. Edelen brings with him more than 35 years of experience in construction management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Edelen was a project superintendent for 7 years with F.C.I. Constructors where he successfully completed the OSHA verification inspection which granted them the first OSHA Platinum Partners Award issued in the western United States. Mr. Edelen is accustomed to prestigious projects with 40 million dollar plus budgets, which include numerous medical offices of various practices, multiple schools in Florida and Colorado, condominiums of 200 plus units, and high-end resorts.
Mr. Edelen studied at West Virginia University .
|Corey Levin joined SACHS Construction, LLC as the Chief Estimator. Mr. Levin has 9 years of experience as a seasoned estimator and 13 years of experience from the construction industry. In general, prior to joining the Company, Mr. Levin was an estimator with J2 Engineering Inc. where he gained experience estimating multi-million dollar projects including dental practices and various government facilities in southeastern United States and parts of the Caribbean. One of his projects received the Army Core of Engineers Safety Award for the Mobile District and multiple projects were certified LEED Gold.
Mr. Levin completed his BA at the University of South Florida where he received a degree in History. Mr. Levin is licensed as a Class A General Contractor in the State of Florida, holds a 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification, a 30-hour OSHA Certification and has earned his USACOE Quality Control Certificate.
|Cindy Davis joined SACHS Construction, LLC in 2004 and is the General Manager and Accountant for the Firm. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Davis had over 25 years of experience as a public accountant with the construction industry being her focus. Ms. Davis taught for a number of years at Paradise Valley Community College teaching courses in accounting and business organization. She has been an active member of the Women’s Council of HBASC for three years and has volunteered as treasurer with many non-profit organizations. Some of those organizations include PTA, Bellaire Golf Course Membership, Hill Crest Golf Course Membership and Cave Creek Golf Course Membership.
Ms. Davis graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Accounting.
|Kaysha Swientek is the newest member of SACHS Construction, LLC and is the Marketing and Business Development Associate for the company. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Swientek worked for Perella Weinberg Partners as an Executive Assistant where she was the sole assistant to 15 employees including the Head Marketer of the Agility Team. One of her responsibilities under the marketing team was to help prepare presentations and meetings for potential clients with net-worth up to one billion dollars. Ms. Swientek's prior experience brings corporate knowledge and organization to the team. While at SACHS Construction she will head the Social Network Platform and assist with all marketing and business development efforts of the company.
Ms. Swientek attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she completed business and English classes while majoring in History.
